We are seeking caring, reliable, and committed Domiciliary Care Workers to join our growing team. This role involves visiting clients in their own homes and supporting them with daily tasks, personal care, companionship, and promoting independence.

Details of the Role:
Contract Type: Zero hours contract
Service Type: Domiciliary Care
Hours: Flexible to meet the clients’ needs

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
  • Assist with medication management
  • Prepare meals and support with feeding if needed
  • Help with household tasks such as cleaning and laundry
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Promote independence and dignity at all times
  • Maintain accurate care records and report concerns promptly
  • Follow individual care plans and company policies

What We’re Looking For

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car (preferred but not always essential)
  • Right to work in the UK
Desirable but Not Essential
  • Previous experience in domiciliary care or healthcare
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
